Montville State School's Student Leadership Program provides students from Year 5 and 6 with team building skills, leadership training and skill developments. There are many opportunities to experience positions of responsibility in year 6 at Montville State School. These opportunities include: Working within the Student Council, as Sports Captains, Band Captains, Library Captain, Environmental Captain and as School Captains.
Year

The Student Council, which is made up of students from Years 5 and 6 meets on a regular basis. Many ideas that have arisen from these meetings have been implemented. Including new wet weather games, seating around the school and the organisation of many school events.
