Montville State Schools Responsible School Behaviour Plan is developed in consultation with the school community and endorsed by the Principal, President of the P&C and the Assistant Regional Director. The Plan is based on Education Queensland’s Code of School Behaviour.

Our VisionAt Montville State School, we value a rich creative learning environment that develops a strong sense of self and resilience. Our engagement in academic, artistic, physical, spiritual, environmental and social activities assists us to thrive in our ever-changing multi-cultural society.

Psychological BaseAll behaviour, both inappropriate and appropriate is purposeful and that problem behaviour is a response to normal life difficulties.  The inappropriate choices that we make have consequences.  The social interactions around behaviour can either resolve or maintain the problem.  That the belief we have influences our choices.
