The Parents' and Citizens' Association meets several times a year, with office bearers elected at the Annual General Meeting each March.

What the P&C gives to our students
Our P&C is comprised of parents, carers, staff and community members working together to support the students and staff of Montville State School. We play a vital role in our school community fundraising and supporting our pupils and staff to provide the best educational outcomes for our children. We actively work within our school and wider local community to provide both physical and monetary resources to support our pupils' development in THE STEM Curriculum, environmental programs (eg. Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program), extra-curricular events, the arts and social events.
P&C is raising regular funds for Montville State School
Tuckshop: Tuckshop is held every Thursday.
Afternoon Tea: Co-incides with school assembly, students and parents are invited to purchase homebaking items, ice blocks and popcorn to celebrate the end of the week. Homebaking donations are requested from a different year level each week and parents/carers are invited to help themselves to tea and coffee. This is a great opportunity for kids to learn about money and transactions, as well as families to interact in a relaxed environment.
Sausage Sizzles: We host various BBQs outside the school at locations such as Montville markets
School Functions: At school functions such as 80's dance, Art Gallery and Athletics Day the P&C will run a sausage sizzle and drinks stall.
Uniform Shop: Our Uniform Shop is open every Friday, and profits are channeled back in to P&C activities.
Grant Applications: There are always a large number of grants available and our dedicated Grants Officer is responsible for sourcing and writing grant applications for specific projects.
